Introduction

_UNTITLED is operated by Konsthantverk Tyringe AB, Swedish company registration No 556203-9155, in collaboration with Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter AB, Swedish company registration No 556755-7714.

These terms apply to all users of the domains collectionuntitled.com and their sub-domains (henceforth: the site). The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Konsthantverk Tyringe AB (henceforth: _UNTITLED; may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site. _UNTITLED reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

For orders to businesses and organisations separate terms apply. These terms can be found at collectionuntitled.com/terms-and-conditions-business.

Order Policy

An order is placed easily and securely on the website, and you confirm your order when you complete the final step at checkout. In doing so, you also become responsible for paying for your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing the order. The order confirmation contains important information that must be saved. If you wish to change something in your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us immediately by phone, and we will try to implement the change. Please note that changes are not possible after your order has been processed, packed and/or shipped or if the order is bespoke/personalised.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of _UNTITLED’s products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

Delivery

Delivery is included for all orders made to private individuals within Sweden. For international orders shipping-cost applies. For orders within Europe a fixed fee of 199 SEK is added, for other locations contact us.

Delivery time varies depending on the stock status of the materials ordered and in which quantities. Normal production time is up to 1 week for non-bespoke items, for items with bespoke qualities and large quantities you will receive an estimated delivery in your quote.

If a delivery delay occurs that has a significant consequence for you as a customer, you have the right to terminate the agreement free of charge. If a delay occurs that is out of _UNTITLED’s control, _UNTITLED cannot be considered responsible for the delay or liable for damages or compensation, unless this has been specifically agreed between the parties or follows from mandatory legislation.

If you receive your order with clear damage to packaging and/or products, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible and without unnecessary delay. If the delivery does not correspond to the information on your order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter and if an error has occurred, we will send the correct product or refund your payment, depending on what has been agreed and is possible. The customer does not pay for any return shipping or shipping for a new item in this context.

When delivering products with bulky dimensions, some preparation by you as a customer may be required for the delivery to be carried out. You must ensure that there is a clear road up to and into your plot/home/premises, so that the goods can be unloaded at the address. When delivering to a residential/company address, the delivery must be acknowledged. Thus, the customer must be on site at the address at the time of delivery and be able to present a valid ID document, or a proxy must be on site with both their own and the customer’s ID document. Inside delivery is not included, so at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be placed so that it is protected from e.g. wind and rain. Delivery takes place to the property boundary/door.

If your order is sent back to us by the shipping company due to delivery at the address not having been possible, one of the above reasons or because you did not pick up the parcel from the agent, or if you wish to have your order delivered again, you can contact verk. Shipping fees for this delivery will apply.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. A return fee will be added to cover the cost of shipping, and deducted from your refund. Products must be returned unused in their original condition, and with all accessories and packaging included in original condition.

Return fee is individually calculated based on your location. Please contact info@collectionuntitled.com for any assistance.

To initiate a return or exchange process contact us and we will assist you promptly.

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item you will not be charged a return fee. Please contact us at info@collectionuntitled.com upon receiving the product and we will provide the best individual solution for the issue.

Please note that we do not accept returns on bespoke orders. The order specifications are created with you and your needs in mind, and once an order has been accepted and placed in production it cannot be changed, cancelled or returned.

We do not offer the right of withdrawal for purchases made by or on behalf of companies or organisations.

We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to the different divisions of _UNTITLED. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. If you wish to end your _UNTITLED Newsletter subscription, click Unsubscribe in the next newsletter you receive or send an email to info@collectionuntitled.com. State your name and email address and a short description of the matter in the email message. You have the right to review your information on file at any time. This can be accessed by emailing info@collectionuntitled.com. If the data is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. _UNTITLED reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Our Privacy Policy applies as soon as you visit or make a purchase in our webshop, take part of our newsletter as well as when being in contact with us at _UNTITLED regarding service matters. Note that we store no credit card information.

Data Handling

_UNTITLED is the controller of your personal data, whereas selected partners in accordance with _UNTITLED’s instructions may process your personal data in regards to your purchase. _UNTITLED, as well as selected suppliers, aim to handle your personal data in accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation. In other words: in a legal, open and fair manner.

Data Collection

We collect your personal data when you place an order, contact our customer support team, sign up for our marketing communications, browse our website or use the other services offered by our website (www.collectionuntitled.com). The data we collect includes details about your personal information such as your given name and surname and your shipping and billing addresses. We also collect data regarding your shopping habits and the pages and products you have viewed from your use of the website. We use this data to:

• Receive orders, process payments and deliver the items you have purchased;

Colors

We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. All items are hand-made and each unit is unique in color and finish. The color of images also varies depending on the color settings of your screen or monitor. If you are in need of exact colors and finishes use our bespoke service.

Violation of terms and conditions

_UNTITLED reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeure, _UNTITLED’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and _UNTITLED can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by _UNTITLED. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, _UNTITLED will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.

Governing Law

These terms of use are complied in accordance with Swedish law and the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
