Our materials are handmade and therefore have unique finishes. To maintain the best quality you should follow our care instructions.
Wipe clean with dry cloth. Never use chemicals or cleaning agents as this will harm the finish and change the appearence.
If you choose our raw brass finish, please note that it is extra sensitive to humid environments and can patinate easily.

What does bespoke mean?
When we mention bespoke, we mean orders that are adjusted to your needs. It can range from simple iterations of our products such as custom lengths, or complex iterations such as creating full lighting solutions for large-scale constructions. Regardless if you order one piece or multitudes, the core of bespoke always remains. Handcrafted Swedish design adapted to your needs and desires.
How long is the delivery time for bespoke?
Delivery time of your bespoke order varies depending on many factors. You always get an estimated delivery with your quote. We always aim to deliver as soon as possible and will let you know if estimated times are adjusted.
Can I chance or cancel my bespoke order?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and placed in production. To see full purchase terms, visit our Terms & Conditions.
Do you offer trade pricing?
In general, we do not apply discounts or sales since each piece is made-to-order. However, we can adjust pricing for selected partners when ordering certain volumes. Contact us for more info.

Our lamps are bespoke by nature, but if you want further assistance creating lighting and interior solutions our team can assist you in a dedicated design consultation. We can assist you with design, rendering, planning and installation. Pricing for design service applies accordingly, send your inquiry to receive more information.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. Unfortunately, we are unable to change/cancel an order once it has been placed in production, contact us instantly if any information in your order is incorrect. We cannot change or cancel bespoke orders.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna in selected countries. At checkout you will see the options available in your country.
In which currency will my purchase be made?
All prices are shown in SEK (Swedish Crown). We charge in the currency you have selected while in checkout.
Why was my payment declined at checkout?
If your order attempt was declined, we suggest that you contact your bank or card-issuing company. If you receive another error message, please contact us at info@collectionuntitled.com and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible. Each item is made by hand to order in 1-7 days, once produced the estimated delivery depends on your country and selected courier. Please double check that your phone number and address is correct before placing the order for quicker processing. Please note that for large quantities and bespoke orders, processing time may be longer, see your quote for estimated delivery.

Delivery to rural addresses might take longer.
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to your shipping address. Once the items have been delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If you are unavailable, you can choose to waive the signature via the delivery partner platform. Please note, if a signature is not collected you agree to our terms and conditions and assume full responsibility for any loss or damages that occur.
Where does _UNTITLED deliver?
We deliver worldwide, with some restrictions. If you can choose a delivery option in the check-out, we deliver to your country/region. If you have inquiries or need special delivery solutions, please contact info@collectionuntitled.com and we will accommodate your needs to our utmost effort.
Please note that for international orders duty and tax may apply, to find out more inquire with your local customs.
Can I collect my order in the store?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer in-store pickup at this time, but hopefully we can soon.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. A return fee will be added to cover the cost of shipping, and deducted from your refund. Products must be returned unused in their original condition, and with all accessories and packaging included in original condition.
Return fee is individually calculated based on your location. Please contact info@collectionuntitled.com for any assistance.
Please note that we do not accept returns on bespoke orders. The order specifications are created with you and your needs in mind, and once an order has been accepted and placed in production it cannot be changed, cancelled or returned.
We do not offer the right of withdrawal for purchases made by or on behalf of companies or organisations.
How do I return/exchange an item?
To initiate a return or exchange process contact us at info@collectionuntitled.com and we will assist you promptly.
How do I submit a claim?
In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item you will not be charged a return fee. Please contact us at info@collectionuntitled.com upon receiving the product and we will provide the best individual solution for the issue.
